That's simply the beginning, it goes far beyond these seemingly 'miniscule' priorities. However, my initial judge of character and judge of home starts with how you speak to me, I have not spoken to my actual landlord voice to voice. He refuses to answer his phone, only comes by to collect his money, and does not wish to tend to our needs as paying tenants. Is that truly people you would enjoy associating (or dissociating) with, and entrusting them with your livelihood? Be warned, they are snakes, cowards, and will certainly run you for your buck with no regards.
Baldi landscaping had a guy plow infront of my buddies house. He ran over and hit landscaping in his yard. My friend came out of his home and goes what the hell? The guy runs into his yard again seeing his plow hit what seems to be stone very hard. Its on tape of fb
I haven't even mentioned the black mold in my apartment as well as several other apartments nearby, under the same ownership. So I shall touch base on that now. I am an asthmatic 26 year old, although, of very good health, I have been hospitalized several times due to the mold beneath my carpets...the mold that engulfs the clad boards that protrude from under my carpet, and may sometimes possess a nail in which I had to hammer down myself. Now, I've worked maintenance myself and as someone who was soon to house tenacts or are already housing tenants, I'd be sure to assure their saftey, health, and overall satisfacton is up to the utmost respect and priority. However, I suppose I could be wrong.
Any company with the name Baldi attached to it should be banned. The Father and his 2 sons have no regard for anyone other than themselves. They bought my apartment complex about 1yr. Ago. And in that time rented me a black mold filled apartment refused to clean it, bypassed the water filter for the building and turned the water brown!(Kids live here!) Baldi landscaping company showed up to " replace" our front doors.... Bought the wrong size and proceeded to rig them to work. Took my door off at about 9ish am and left!!!! Never returned with a door till damn near 6!! But would have his workers sitting around doing literally nothing. If you see a Baldi landscaping or any Baldi company or worker that matter RUN!!!
Absolute worst company, and family of 'men' I've ever encountered in my life...and I've come across many. Such as my neighbor tenants (prostitute upstairs having sex with multiple callers parking in my spot to my apartment in Moosup, the crackhead that comes and racially assaults other tenants at 10pm outside, and the jealous and deviant neighbors who produce rumors to make themselves feel more comfortable with life), but I digress, that is simply an example of how asinine this company is, that it allows such people to invade people's lives with their vile presence.
